一、考试目标

本考试大纲主要测试学生的英语基础知识和英语实际应用能力。考查的知识点将涵盖语音、词汇、语法等内容。内容包括单项选择、情景对话，完型填空、阅读理解、英汉翻译、应用写作等。

二、考试内容与基本要求

第一部分英语基础知识运用

1．要求考生能掌握初、高中所学的约2500个基本词汇的词意、词性及用法。同时学习大约300个左右习惯用语或固定搭配；能根据构词法自主扩展词汇。

2．理解以下语法项目的形式和意义并正确使用

（1）名词：

①可数和不可数名词

②名词的复数形式情景对话，完型填空、阅读理解、英汉翻译、应用写作

③专有名词

④所有格

（2）代词：

①人称代词

②物主代词

③反身代词

④指示代词

⑤不定代词

⑥疑问代词

（3）数词：

①基数词

②序数词

（4）介词：

常见介词：in/on/at/from/under/about等的用法。

（5）连词：

常见连词：and/but/so/yet/or等的用法。

（6）形容词：

①形容词作定语、表语和宾语补足语的用法

②比较等级：原级、比较级、最高级的用法

（7）副词：

①时间、地点、方式、程度、疑问、连接、关系等副词的用法

②比较等级：原级、比较级、最高级的用法

（8）冠词：

定冠词、不定冠词、零冠词的一般用法

（9）动词：

①动词的基本形式

现在式、过去式、过去分词、-ing形式

②行为动词的及物性和不及物性

③连系动词be、get、look、seem、turn、grow、become等

④助动词be、do、have、shall、will等

⑤情态动词can、may、must、ought、need、dare等

⑥动词的时态：

一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时、现在进行时、过去进行时、现在完成时、过去完成时及过去将来时

⑦动词的被动语态

一般现在时的被动语态、一般过去时的被动语态、一般将来时的被动语态、现在进行时的被动语态、现在完成时的被动语态、带情态动词的被动语态

⑧动词的不定式

作主语、作宾语、作宾语补足语、作状语、作定语、作表语、用在how,when,where,what,which,who等后面

⑨动词的过去分词

作定语、作表语、作宾语补足语、作状语

⑩动词的-ing形式

作主语、作宾语、作宾语补足语、作表语、作定语、作状语

（10）句子：

①句子的种类

陈述句（肯定式和否定式），疑问句（一般疑问句、特殊疑问句、选择疑问句、反意疑问句），祈使句，感叹句。

②句子的成分

主语、谓语、表语、宾语、直接宾语和间接宾语、宾语补足语、定语、状语

③主谓的一致关系

④简单句的五种基本句型

⑤并列句

⑥复合句：名词性从句、状语从句、定语从句

⑦倒装句

⑧省略句

第二部分综合能力

1．阅读理解：

了解阅读理解题的命题特点，掌握此题型的基本解题思路与解题步骤。要求考生能以每分钟70-80个词的速度，读懂生词率不超过3％的有关人物传记、故事、记叙文、科普小品和有关社会文化、文史知识等不同题材的材料和公告、说明、广告以及书、报、杂志中关于一般性话题的简短文章。考生应能：

（1）理解主旨要义

（2）理解文中具体信息

（3）根据上下文推断生词的词义

（4）做出简单判断和推理

（5）理解文章的基本结构

（6）理解作者的意图和态度

2．英汉互译

正确理解与本考纲要求的功能及话题相关的简短句子，完成英汉翻译。要求考生能掌握一些基本的英汉互译的技巧，在翻译时掌握词义的选择、引申词义等翻译技巧及一些基本的语法知识，重点掌握英汉基本句子种类、简单句的基本句型、复合句中定语从句、状语从句和名词性从句的翻译。

三、考试形式与试卷结构

Many Chinese students who have already learnt English more than ten years are still unable to speak English properly and fluently when they encounter a foreigner.They have been able to master the basic language structure and many other things grammatically,but a conversation in English will make them feel uneasy.They are afraid other people might laugh at their mistakes or they think those to whom they are speaking might not understand them.
