湖南城建职业技术学院2023英语单招考试大纲

一、考试目标

公平、科学、规范、准确地测试学生英语语言基础知识和英语语言综合应用能力，其中包括英语语言知识（主要指词汇和结构）的运用能力、阅读能力、初步的语言翻译能力，为使学生能以英语为工具，获取专业所需信息，并为进一步提高英语水平打下较好的基础。

二、考试内容和基本要求

（一）词汇和结构（Vocabularyandstructure）

要求学生掌握常用词汇、短语和语言基本知识。

（二）阅读理解（ReadingComprehension）

本部分题型阅读选择题，测试的文字材料包括一般性阅读材料（如文化、社会、常识、科普、经贸、人物等）或应用性文字（如信函、广告、说明书等），难度适宜。主要测试以下阅读技能：

1）掌握所读材料的主旨和大意；

2）了解用以阐述主旨的事实和有关细节；

3）根据上下文判断某些生词和短语的意义；

4）理解单词的意义和上下句的逻辑关系；

5）根据所读的材料进行一定的判断、推理；

6）领会作者的观点和态度。

（三）翻译(Translation)

翻译部分为英汉互译。主要考核考生对英语固定词组、句型、特殊句式、各种从句等语言基础知识的掌握程度。

英译汉部分：测试考生将英语正确译成汉语的能力。所译材料为英文句子。

汉译英部分：句中的一部分已用英文给出，要求考生根据全句意思将汉语部分译成英语。翻译必须符合英语的语法结构和表达习惯，要求用词准确。

三、试题类型及分值

（一）词汇和结构（40分）

选择题（10小题，每题4分，共40分）
