一、考试基本要求

（一）基本知识和基本技能的考试要求

1.认知1600个英语单词以及由这些词构成的常用词组，对其中1000个左右的单词能正确拼写，英汉互译。掌握基本的英语语法规则，在听、说、读、写、译中能正确运用所学语法知识。

2.熟练掌握部分国家（或地区）常用地名表、常用英美人名表和常用口语表达用语。

（二）应用能力的考试要求

1．能理解日常活动中使用的英语对话和不太复杂的陈述，理解基本正确。

2.能用英语进行一般的课堂交际，并能在日常活动中进行简单的交流。

3.能阅读较容易的一般题材的简短英文资料，理解正确。在阅读生词不超过总词数3%的英文资料时，阅读速度不低于每分钟50词。

（三）突出职业教育特点的考试要求

1.使学生具备良好的心理素质和应变能力，能自信、大胆、流利地与外籍人士交流。

2.使学生具备良好的社会文化素质。

3.体现学生良好的团队精神、协作意识及敬业精神。

二、考试层级

测试考生正确使用英语语法知识、基本句子结构能力、阅读理解能力、与跨文化交际能力。这三种能力表现为以下五个方面：

A．说的技能：模拟或套用常用口头交际句型，就日常生活和有关业务提出问题和简短回答；交流有困难时能采用简短的应变措施；在交流时能注意交流对象的文化背景和文化差异。

B．阅读技能：指领会并能作简单的解释，是在识记基础上高一级的能力层级。

C．分析综合：指分解剖析和归纳整理，是在识记和理解的基础上进一步提高了的能力层级。

D．表达应用：指对英语知识和能力的运用，是以识记、理解和分析综合为基础，在表达方面发展了的能力层级。

E．欣赏评价：指对阅读材料的赏析和评述，是以识记、理解和分析综合为基础，在阅读方面发展了的能力层级。

将A、B、C、D、E五个能力层级放在选择题与补全对话中考核。
